I've been planting up a storm the past couple months. First, tomato and pepper seeds inside. Then, peas, lettuce, spinach and carrots outside. Next, a few fruit trees I bought on sale last fall. Then, some trees I got from our County Soil and Water district sale. (which included hazelnuts!) Finally, this weekend we got a bunch of blueberry bushes, several thornless blackberries, and a fig tree.
We haven't planted the last group of plants yet, but they are on my list for this week.
But, even with all the planting I've been doing, I don't have a green thumb. Black finger nails, maybe, but no green thumb.
I'm giddy with expectation at all the fruits, veggies, and nuts we will one day harvest!!
